Upon publication, it was noticed that in the original version of the article (Flavia and Chiara 2016), Flavia Pauri’s name was incorrectly given as ‘Pauri Flavia’, and Chiara Lepre’s name was incorrectly given as ‘Lepre Chiara’. This has now been corrected in this erratum.
