Effect of 2, 4-D on callus and compact callus induction from shoot-tips of D. hamiltonii. The explants were cultured on the MS medium supplemented with 30 g/l sucrose, and 8 g/l Type A agar, and treated with the different concentrations of 2, 4-D (0, 0.1, 0.3, 1, 3 and 10 mg/l). Three replications of 20 explants each were used.
