GGDS: GGPP synthase; PSY: phytoene synthase; PDS: phytoene desaturase; ZDS: zeaxanthin desaturase; LCY: lycopene cyclase. ZEP: zeaxanthin epoxidase. Gene transcript levels were measured by RT-qPCR. Transcript levels were calculated and normalized with respect to ubiquitin mRNA. The experiment was repeated three times.
