Changes in concentrations of VEGF, bFGF, and Hb after nocturnal hypoxia. Mean concentrations of plasma VEGF and bFGF, and Hb values the night before PSG and the next morning after PSG (before PSG, open bars; after PSG, closed bars). All subjects were categorized into two groups by their OSAS severity (control, AHI ≤ 15; and OSAS, 15 < AHI). Statistical analysis was performed by the paired t-test and error bars show standard deviation.
