  1. aConcentrated premix for starter phase broiler chickens. Contained: calcium mono-ortho phosphate, calcium carbonate, salt, growth promoter (BMD and 3-nitro), coccidiostat (sodium monensin), mineral oil, ethoxyquin, vitamin A acetate, vitamin D3, vitamin E acetate, vitamin K3, riboflavin (B2), vitamin B12, niacin, d-calcium pantotenate, choline chloride, butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT). Premix calculated to contain: calcium, 21.40%; total phosphorus, 8.10%; sodium, 3.40%; l-lysine hydrochloride, 0.80%; dl-methionine, 4.15%
