Effect of Agrobacterium cell density on the Agrobacterium-mediated transient transformation efficiency of flowering Chinese cabbage. The expression of BcAMT1;3 was measured using semi-quantitative (A) and fluorescent quantitative (B) RT-PCR. The control (CK) column indicates the expression of BcAMT1;3 in plants infected with the empty vector-containing EHA105-p35S Agrobacterium.
