DNA extracted from normal DF-1 cells and DF-1 cells infected with ALV-A. Microsatellite markers were amplified by PCR, and the PCR products were analyzed with 12 % denaturing polyacrylamide gels (stained with AgNO3). The microsatellite loci ABR0520 ABR0197, ABR0161 were shown in this figure. In comparison with the control group, there were no alterations in the electrophoretic migration of major bands in the infected group. (T infected group, C control group, n = 3) (partial results)
