The study area is a 6th order basin as revealed from the first two diagrams (a, b) while the last diagram depicts it as a 5th order basin. The ice covered area is quite prominent in these topographical maps and the surveyed networks are devoid of any kind of inflated representations that normally occurs during the extraction of drainage networks from DEMs, if the ice cover is present in a drainage basin
