Liver in the vicinity of the surface was fragmented and bleeding (f, hematoxylin and eosin ×20). Subcortical glomeruli were highly congested and many red blood cells leaked into the tubular spaces (g, hematoxylin and eosin ×20). Hemorrhage was observed 7 cm from the surface of the wound tract (h, hematoxylin and eosin ×40)
