GGPP and FPP inhibited LPS-stimulated IL-1β production in MKD-like human PBMCs. IL-1β protein concentration in culture supernatants of LPS-stimulated MKD-like PBMCs in the presence of MDIs (both: 10 μmol/L) was measured in triplicates using ELISA.
