H2S reduces the expression of α-SMA and FN in lung tissues on the 42th day. After NaHS intervention, the expression levels of α-SMA and FN in the lung tissues were significantly downregulated, the trend of downregulation of the expression levels of the above proteins in the high dose treatment group was more evident, but the difference was not statistically significant.
