The effect of Moringa oleifera leaf extract (MOE, 0.5–2.0 mg/mL) and aminoguanidine (AG, 1.0 mg/mL) on fructosamine level in A bovine serum albumin (BSA) incubated with 0.5 M glucose (glu) and B bovine serum albumin (BSA) incubated with 0.5 M fructose (fr) at week 1, 2, 3 and 4 of incubation.
