Flow-chart of all patients enrolled in this study. A total of 835 consecutive patients with CLD who were evaluated by endoscopy, LS measurement, and ultrasonography within an interval of 6 months and without a history of variceal bleeding and ascites were included. Following the exclusion criteria, 230 patients with CLD were selected and analyzed in this study
