Energy prices in China are measured by indices of raw materials and the fuel purchasing price (1988 = 100); these data are taken from the “China Statistical Yearbook, 2013.” Foreign energy prices are measured by the FOB spot price of Brent crude oil; the data source is the “BP Statistical Review of World Energy, 2013.”
