From: Porphyromonas gingivalis-induced miR-132 regulates TNFα expression in THP-1 derived macrophages
MiR-132 and miR-146 were induced by live P. gingivalis infection. THP-1-derived macrophages were infected with live P. gingivalis (MOI 50, 100, 1000) for the indicated times. Total RNA was purified from the respective cell pellets and analyzed by qRT-PCR for the expression of miR-132 (a) and miR-146 (b).
