Comparison of FDG and FAMT by SUVmax in each area. FDG uptake showed significant differences between metastatic liver lesions (tumor) and the other areas without tumor involvement, specifically, normal liver parenchyma (liver), blood pool (blood), and muscle (p < 0.001, respectively). FDG uptake was significantly higher than that of FAMT in all areas. In the comparison with tumor and liver, SUVmax of FDG in tumor (median 6.16; range 2.40–19.01) was significant higher than that of FAMT (median 1.85; range 1.02–3.85).
