Raman spectra of graphene samples coated under different plasma conditions. Representative Raman spectra of the graphene-covered areas of the samples coated at 1 kW, 50 mbar and a methane concentration of 27 % (black spectrum, leading to a C2/Hα-ratio of 0.3), 14 % (blue spectrum, C2/Hα-ratio of 0.145) and 1 % (red spectrum, C2/Hα-ratio of 0.045). Typical properties of spectra of damaged graphene are observed. Interestingly, the quality of the three graphene films is very similar in spite of the different plasma chemistry
