Expression of miRNAs during the time course of in vitro rooting in P. strobus. RNA was isolated from seedlings at different stages (7, 21, 35, 49 days) of rooting after shoots were transferred into media containing 0.01 μM IAA. Shoots for the control were derived from genotype 1-721 and were transferred to media without IAA. Relative expression was indicated by the log2 value. Values followed by one asterisk are significantly different from the corresponding control value (P < 0.05; n = 3) by ANOVA
