Changes of polyamines a putrescine (Put), b spermidine (Spd), and c spermine (Spm) levels during rooting. Polyamines contents were measured 7, 21, 35, and 49 days after shoots were transferred into media containing 0.01 μM IAA. Shoots for the control were derived from genotype 1-721 and were transferred to media without IAA. Each experiment was replicated five times, and each replicate consisted of 6–8 samples. Values represent the mean ± SD. Values followed by one asterisk are significantly different from the corresponding control value (P < 0.05; n = 5) by ANOVA
