3. Papers (both short and long) related to the case study, review (if any), methods, tools and techniques of the reprioritization

1. Papers unable to answer any research question

2. Papers related to prioritization

3. Papers related to some other area like prioritization with small proportions (like paragraphs) related to reprioritization, exception being the above papers that discuss new methods, techniques etc. related to reprioritization
