Damping parameter \( C_{1,1} \) for the 1st axial and circumferential mode of the sloshing oscillation dependent on the height to radius ratio of the liquid. For broad tanks the liquid motion at tank bottom dominates the damping while for slender tanks the damping arises from the liquid motion on the upper part of the tank wall
