Ectopic lenses under the normal pupil (a, b) and under mydriasis (c, d), and intraocular lenses after lensectomy (e, f) at the age of 16 years. The mother (Case 3) also underwent lensectomy with intraocular lens-suturing at the age of 36 years while the sister (Case 2) with ectopia lentis at the age of 13 years is still followed due to good vision at near viewing
