  1. Data show average and SE values (n = 6). DNA from respective tissues was amplified to detect a Ad E4 region with the real time polymerase chain reactions as follows, a forward primer, 5′-CACCACCTCCCGGTACCATA-3′, a reverse primer, 5′-CCGCACCTGGTTTTGCTT-3′, and 40 cycles at 62°C for annealing. Ad reference material (VR-1516, ATCC, Manassas, VA, USA) was used as a control.
