ISR was induced by treating the roots of 2-week-old plants with CF of P. simplicissimum GP17-2. Pst was sprayed onto leaves until run-off. Percent infected leaves were measured 5 days after challenge inoculation. In individual accession asterisk indicate a statistically significant difference between treatments (Student’s t test, P < 0.05).
