Subcellular localization of (a) BADH and (b) CMO-like proteins in the leaf blades of Leymus chinensis plants. The middle part of leaf blades of the youngest fully-expanded leaf of four-week-old L. chinensis plants was used. The magenta autofluorescence emitted by chloroplasts, the green fluorescence of BADH and CMO-like proteins detected with fluorescein-conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody, merged image and enlarged image are shown.
