The right panel shows Coomassie brilliant blue R-250 (CBB) staining after SDS-PAGE using the same samples utilized in the Western analysis. The samples in each lane are: Total, input total cell lysate protein from the slug of act15:expL3 myc OE strain; Unbound, Avicel unbound flow-through fraction; and Bound, Avicel bound fraction.
