Efficient hash table design overview. The offline update engine precomputes all updates. The online lookup engine is optimized for time/space efficient lookups. The on-chip summary is not exact and compressed. The online table is pruned and provides room for multiple entries which optimized by the verification hash engine. A small extra memory is used for counter and entry overflows.
