Active Caspase-3 and AIF were evaluated at 0.5, 3, 6, 12 and 24 h post-stimulation with NETs. Positive controls represent Mfs or DCs cultured either in PBS (for Caspase-3) or with CCCP (for AIF) for 24 hours before analysis.
