Carotid CT angiogram (a) shows severe stenosis of the left internal carotid artery. For screening of coexisting coronary artery disease, he underwent coronary CT angiogram prior to carotid endarterectomy. Coronary CT angiographic images (b): maximum intensity projection image [angiographic view], (c): curved planar reformation image) show a long mixed plaque with severe luminal stenosis in the distal right coronary artery.
