The percentage of conversion was done based on the different types of conversion therapy from IV to PO (sequential, switch, and step-down) among the different antibiotics classes studied. Statistical significance was observed with β-lactams and fluoroquinolones (p <0.0001), and macrolides (p = 0.002) while no statistical significance (p > 0.05) obtained for the other classes.
