Percentage of conversion based on the different types of conversion therapy from IV to PO among the antibiotics classes studied. The percentage of conversion was done based on the different types of conversion therapy from IV to PO (sequential, switch, and step-down) among the different antibiotics classes studied. Statistical significance was observed with β-lactams and fluoroquinolones (p <0.0001), and macrolides (p = 0.002) while no statistical significance (p > 0.05) obtained for the other classes.
