  2. (1) Calibration of the transcript expression per million (TPM) by normalizing the expression of micoRNA in control and treatment samples.
  3. Normalization formula: Normalized expression = Actual miRNA count/Total count of clean reads*1000000.
  4. (2) Calculation of fold-change based on the normalized expression: Fold_change = log2 (KV-1_V991-std /KV-1_D07038 -std).
