Effect of MβCD on the distribution of flotillin-1 and cholesterol in microdomain fractions. After 30 min incubation of fibroblast with serum-free DMEM in the presence of 10 mM MβCD (MβCD (+)) or in the absence of MβCD (MβCD (-)), cell lysates were subjected to ultracentrifugation (268,000 × g for 4 h at 4°C) and split into nine fractions.
