Performance of the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) from a negative binomial mixed model with the number of successes r = 5 and =30. The data simulated were for the example of culture results for a specific bacterium in pen floor samples (variance 0.5) collected over 3 days 24 hours apart (variance 0.2) and simultaneously by 2 different veterinarians across 4 dairies (0 to 1 in increments of 0.2).
