SDS-PAGE analysis of the purified xylanase from A. pullulans CBS 135684 cultivated in basal medium containing 1% (w/v) corncob. The enzyme (∼20 μg protein) was electrophoresed at pH 8.3 on a 12.5% acrylamide gel and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250. Lane 1: MW standards; Lane 2: purified xylanase. The figure was a representative of repeated experiment.
