Angptl2-GST promotes the formation of tubules in cultured HUVEC cells. Upper Panels) The effect of Angptl2-GST on the ability of HUVECs to form a tubular network was assessed using an inverted microscope (400 ×). HUVECs were cultured on Matrigel-coated plates (on 6-well plates) for 24 h at 37°C and then stimulated, or not (control), for an additional 48 h with 1 nM Angptl2-GST or 25 nM de VEGF.
