PS-F2 treatment attenuates bronchial inflammation in OVA-challenged mice. Mice were immunized, treated, and challenged as described in Figure 1. BALF was collected on day 28, and the numbers of total BALF cells, eosinophils, monocytes, lymphocytes, and neutrophils were determined by microscopic differential cell counts (n = 10).
