Two medical devices used for interstitial gynecologic brachytherapy: the template (left) is sutured to the patient’s perineum and afterwards catheters are guided into place through template’s holes. The obturator (right) is inserted through the large hole in the middle of the template into the vaginal canal (amongst others for better template stabilization).
