(a) MCF7 and HepG2 cells ± transfection with ERα siRNA were treated with various concentrations of fulvestrant before UGT1A4 gene expression was measured. All data was normalized to β-actin. (b) MCF7 and HepG2 cells were transfected as in (A), and then all were treated with 10 nM fulvestrant and analyzed for UGT1A4 expression at various time points.
