1 | Cut a blood paper card spot to 4 small pieces of equal size |
2 | Transfer paper card pieces to an eppendorf tube with an isolation solution |
3 | Rotate the tubes overnight at 4°C |
4 | Heat the tubes at 95°C for 10 min |
5 | Centrifuge at 10,000 g at the room temperature for 10 min |
The supernatant can be used directly for PCR |
