LD: Landslide density: landslides occurred within the derived regions based on topographic analysis of roughness, hill slope and slope aspect by applying corresponding thresholds (detail thresholds refer to the text); IAD: intersection area density, represents the area percentage of the intersection area within the derived regions; EALD: Equal area landslide density, by multiple the landslide percentage with the intersection area percentage which is used to describe the efficiency of each method in landslide occurrence detection.
