Ribo- and phylotypes belonging to the baseline-community of each site are listed in the first column, followed by F-values for each model term and their significance (p = 0.05 ≥ * > 0.01 ≥ ** > 0.001 ≥ ***).
Abbreviations: ni – not identified, An – Actinobacteria, Ad – Acidobacteria, F – Firmicutes, αP – α-Proteobacteria, γP – γ-Proteobacteria.
