Phylogenetic tree for the genotypes identified from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and Clear Lake (SWMP11-01 to -08). The 16S rDNA sequences for Aphanizomenon, Cuspidothrix, and Dolichospermum species described in Rajaniemi et al. (2005) and Wacklin et al. (2009) were used for the analysis. The boxes indicate the clades including the genotypes obtained in this study. Number at each node represents the posterior probability value. The scale bar indicates inferred number of substitutions. Nodularia sp. (strain PCC7804) sequence was used as the outgroup.
