Phylogenetic tree of the yellowfin goby myxozoan and closely related myxozoans using the 18S ribosomal DNA. The tree was generated by MrBayes program ver. 3.1.2 based on the 18S rDNA long sequences (ca. 1.3 kb) covering Domain I through III. Posterior probabilities are listed at each node. The branch lengths, indicated by bars, are based on the number of inferred substitutions. Myxobolus albi was chosen as the out-group.
