Western blot analysis of BMP-2 and osteopontin in BMSCs seeded on the ECMs. After 5, 7 days of culture, the relative protein expression levels of osteopontin (normalized to GAPDH) are higher in BMSCs seeded on osteoblast-ECM than in other groups.
