Inhibition of signaling cascades. Cytokine expression after transfection of HaCaT cells and HKC with 5 μg/ml of adenoviral DNA with a follow-up of 15 h (HaCaT) or 6 h (HKC). One hour before transfection, inhibitors of indicated signaling molecules were added to the cell culture medium (10 mM final concentration).
