HPI

18 year old female with chronic history of pelvic floor dysfunction, who presents with chronic constipation for 14 days, associated with nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

19 year old female who is transferred from an outside hospital with nausea, vomiting, and unable to control blood sugars

58 year old male who was admitted after complaining of "shortness of breath." Patient was found to have pneumonia and pulmonic valve agitation consistent with endocarditis
