Sucrose density-gradient centrifugation analysis of HPV 6b L1 full- (A) and short-proteins (B) expressed in the fat body of silkworm larvae. Fat body was suspended with homogenate buffer and sonicated. The homogenate was centrifuged to remove insoluble materials and its supernatant was analyzed by sucrose density-gradient centrifugation.
