Triple negative [ER/PR/Her2(−)] poorlydifferentiated ductal carcinoma.a Tumor cells are arranged in solid nests and present with high nuclear grade, prominent nucleoli and active mitosis. Cell borders are ill-defined. There are scattered apoptotic cells with pyknotic nuclei and densely eosinophilic cytoplasm (x20). b In the immunohistochemical stain for FRA, about 60% of tumor cells demonstrate membrane staining ranging from 1+ to 3+ (x20).
