Anti-proliferative effect of PTL on Sarcoma 180 cell line (A), HeLa cell line (B) and K562 cell line(C) were performed as described in “materials and methods” section. Each data is expressed as the mean ± SD obtained from triplicate experiments. Symbols: 12 h (○), 24 h (▵), 48 h (□). Untreated cells were used for comparative purposes in this experiment and the Proliferation inhibition ratio was calculated according to the equation “materials and methods” section.
