The comparison of I125-β-NGF level in brain via vein injection. The I125-β-NGF level in the brain of adult rats, normal neonatal rats and neonatal HI rats were determined quantitatively and neonatal HI rats would detain the most I125-β-NGF, while adult rats detain the least (a). Similar difference in the retention rate were found as we normalized the radioactivity of the brain to the blood between these three groups (b). (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01)
